Can I give a name to the Kokoa I created?

Absolutely! You can enter up to 20 characters, and this name will appear on your bag.

 

 

Why can't I add more than three ingredients to my mix?

We advise you to limit yourself to two, but sometimes a third can quite sublimate a recipe. Beyond that it creates a confusion of flavors.

How do I use my Kokoa powder?

Hot: shake the sachet well before each use, measure out 1 teaspoon for a 200mL cup, gradually pour the hot milk over the Kokoa powder while mixing. Let infuse 1 minute before tasting.

Cooking: ideal for baking, your Kokoa will replace your classic powdered chocolate by bringing a touch of originality to your preparations.

How should I store my Kokoa powder?

Simply in its bag. The food-grade aluminum interior coating protects against temperature variations and its zipper completely isolates it from humidity.

How long can I keep my Kokoa?

The expiration date of your Kokoa depends on the ingredients in it. We are committed to sending you Kokoa powders with a minimum use-by date of 6 months.

As a vegan, can I also consume Kokoa powder?

Yes, no traces of milk or other products of animal origin.

As a diabetic, can I also consume Kokoa powder?

Yes, but not all! You can consume Kokoa "Kokoraw" made from 100% cocoa as well as all Kokoas-Fit because they are unsweetened and have a very low glycemic index . However, we leave it to you to judge for yourself or refer to your doctor before any consumption.

Will I be rewarded if I order a lot from Kokoa Square?

If you order for more than 45 € we offer you the shipping costs. Think you deserve more? Send us an email to discuss it!

I have not received an order confirmation or invoice. Is this normal?
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice to the email address you have provided. If you still haven't received an email 2 hours after ordering, please check your spam folder. Always nothing ? Email us at contact@kokoasquare.com and we'll solve the problem together.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Who takes care of my delivery?

We go through La Poste to deliver your orders. Each package is accompanied by a tracking number which is communicated to you when your order is shipped, so you can track your shipment on the La Poste website.

How much is shipping ?

Each order adds € 3.90 shipping costs for a basket of up to € 20 as well as € 5.90 for baskets between € 20 and € 45.On the other hand, we offer you the shipping costs from 45 € purchase of products.

What is the delivery delay ?

We are committed to shipping your orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). La Poste then has 2 days to deliver it to you.

Is it possible to send two separate orders at the same time?

Due to logistical reasons, it is difficult for us to send two separate orders at the same time. That is why we recommend that you consolidate all your items in one and the same order so that you do not have to pay postage twice.

You have 14 days to retract, as long as the package has not been opened and that it does not contain a Kokoa personalized by you.
